Spencer Thomas Group is excited to announce multiple opportunities for talented Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Operational Payroll/HR Consultants to join our dynamic HCM Practice under the ADP Lyric division (US, Canada, UK).
As a trusted partner to organizations domestically and worldwide, we deliver innovative solutions and exceptional client experiences. In these roles, consultants will partner with clients who are both newly implementing Lyric and clients already live on the platform who require support.

We are seeking individuals who have existing ADP Lyric experience, as well as those with experience on similar HCM technologies and open to learning. Additional qualifications include:
Project Management and/or Technical HCM technology implementation experience
Demonstrated ability in building HCM workflows
Experience working in team environment with client, vendor and consultants
