The Account Development Manager (ADM) will have overall responsibility developing a team of 8-10 Sales or Account Development Representatives (SDRs & ADRs) in the US. The team's core objective is to create selling opportunities and build qualified pipeline in Juniper's customer base.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the SDR/ADR team and build a culture of accountability that holds individual SDRs/ADRs responsible for attaining their monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.

Develop comprehensive sales prospecting plans, which support Juniper's go-to-market sales strategies.

Work closely with the Field Marketing team to supervise the efficacy of existing lead generation campaigns and develop new lead generation programs where needed.

Build and provide weekly and quarterly SDR/ADR performance reports to multiple partners including Sales Management, Services Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations.

Review and improve Juniper's sales enablement and training programs to develop effective sales and technical training curriculums for your team

Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance teams to refine SDR/ADR compensation plans that optimally align SDR/ADR goals and objectives with the Go-To-Market Strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience leading rapidly growing sales teams with direct responsibility for recruitment, retention, sales resource development, and performance management

Experience communicating and presenting at an executive level

Growth-mindset and positive, high-energy demeanor

Passionate about supporting your team in their learning and development

Hybrid Role in Raleigh/Durham, NC (in office 2 days per week)

Great to Haves:

Comfort with SDR/ADR demand generation tools and metrics: Including Salesforce.com lead management, opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, marketing & outreach automation systems

Experience developing and implementing SDR training and enablement programs and curriculums

2+ years experience leading a Sales Development Representative team

2+ years in IT networking sales

BA/BS or equivalent preferred

Minimum Salary: $121,088.00

Maximum Salary:$174,064.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $121,088.00 and $174,064.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
