Description:
The Advanced Engineering & Innovation Manager plays critical role in product and technology advancement to strengthen our company's competitive edge across multiple industries. This role balances the need for immediate engineering solutions, mid-range product evolution and long-term disruptive technologies that will shape the future of the industry. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with inspirational leadership guiding cross-functional teams. Reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

6. Oversee advanced engineering projects ensuring quality, cost and timeline targets are met.
7. Optimize design processes for efficiency and scalability.
8. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and risk management for engineering initiatives.
9. Develop and execute product and technology roadmaps.
10. Identify and integrate emerging technologies aligned with product and technology strategy.
11. Lead R&D efforts, securing patents and driving competitive differentiation.
12. Ensure engineering solutions aligning with industry and market trends, sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. 7+ years of automotive engineering, product development or R&D experience preferred.
3. 3+ leadership role emphasizing innovation and technical strategy
4. Experience in driving design initiatives that combine technical excellence and visionary insights for the future
