As a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing advanced electrical engineering projects within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve designing and developing complex electrical systems and components, conducting feasibility studies, and implementing electrical engineering strategies and best practices. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you will work out of our Orange, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage advanced electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Design and develop complex electrical systems and components
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Minimum of 8 years of experience in application engineering or a similar role
Strong knowledge of material handling products and solutions
Proficient skills in AutoCAD or similar CAD tool and Microsoft Office
