As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will contribute to the success of our Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately helping to shape the future of the aviation industry.

You will report directly to our Data Analytics Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit by leveraging data to drive operational efficiency, improve product performance, and enhance customer experience. Your work will directly contribute to the success and growth of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to support data analysis
Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Data Science,Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in dataanalysis and statistical modeling
Proficiency in data analysis toolsand programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
Excellent communication andpresentation skills

WE VALUE
Master's degree in Data Science,Statistics, or a related field
Experience in the aerospace industryor a similar technical field
Knowledge of machine learningalgorithms and techniques
Familiarity with data visualizationtools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong attention to detail andability to work with large and complex data sets
