As a Sr. Advanced Hardware Engineer at Honeywell, yourexpertise in advanced hardware design and development will be instrumental indriving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance andefficiency.

You will report to theSr. Engineering Manager of the Military Avionics COE and be responsible fordriving execution on the existing military platforms as well as engaged withthe introduction and adoption of new technologies in support of Honeywell 360Display, Militarized Anthem flight decks and unmanned operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of advanced hardware engineers to develop anddeliver high-quality products
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projectexecution
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency, Create product-build documentation and Coach engineering technicians and junior engineers
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOUMUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, or relatedfield
5+ years of experience in advanced hardware design and development
Strong knowledge of advanced hardware design principles andmethodologies
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Experience with hardware testing and validation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
WE VALUE
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design
Knowledge of microcontroller-based designs and display products
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
Proven track record of successful advanced hardware design projects
