The Advanced Nuclear Lessons Learned Program Leader will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of the Lessons Learned program within our Advanced Nuclear business. This role is crucial to ensuring that insights and experiences are captured, analyzed, and applied to improve performance, quality, and safety.

Desired Characteristics:
The base pay range for this position is $114,000-160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 4/25/2025.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive Lessons Learned program tailored to the Advanced Nuclear business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and disseminate best practices and lessons learned from projects and operations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain a repository of lessons learned and ensure it is accessible and utilized by relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the program and adjust as necessary to maximize impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with at least 5 years of experience in the nuclear industry, with a focus on process improvement or knowledge management

- High school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in the nuclear industry, with a focus on process improvement or knowledge management

Desired Characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other STEM discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the nuclear sector.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, particularly when related to project execution
- Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge
- Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs
- Demonstrated ability supporting project budget, schedule, and quality objectives
- Financial control knowledge and understanding
- Demonstrated professional interpersonal and leadership skills, including elevated level of motivation, integrity, and self-confidence
- Project management and construction experience
- Ability to take initiative and to work independently
- Ability to influence others
- Extreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
