Job Details
Under the direction of physician, conducts patient assessments and manages a range of complex patient health and wellness issues. Performs minor office procedures, physical examinations and records health history. Orders appropriate laboratory and radiographic tests. Pariticpates in patient visits, writes progress notes, conducts patient education, writes prescriptions, overses office infusion therapies, and implements and monitors patient care plans.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists physician with management of patients
Coordinates medical aspects of Executive Health program
Performs minor office procedures related to medication therapies
Completes and documents H&Ps
Orders studies as appropriate
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
