Job Description
Responsible for overseeing operations of Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs). Responsible for managing the structure and daily operations of Acute Care APPs including staffing and productivity. Managing and collaborating with Physicians, ensures a functional and productive working relationship between APPs and Physicians. Collaborates with the management team in developing and monitoring operational and quality standards. Manages financial reporting and analysis to ensure financial performance and stability. Responsible for compliant and timely APP billing as appropriate.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor's Degree as Clinician (RN or PA) required. Advanced Practice Provider/NP or PA licensure required.
Experience
5 years of clinical experience required. Strong operational and leadership skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organization skills required. Healthcare leadership/management preferred. Applications: Microsoft office/Staffing/Kronos/INFOR preferred.
