Yokogawa is seeking an Advanced Solutions Sales Leader to help drive the expansion of our automation solutions and services into new asset developments and brownfield optimization projects across several industrial markets. This includes renewables, biofuels, water treatment to chemical, refining, and Oil & Gas, among others.

This position is responsible for driving significant growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and end users; developing relationships at every level, from the executive suite to line managers, engineers and procurement; building a pipeline of project opportunities; and ensuring that annual account plans are in place that will drive our growth and order targets. This role will work in concert with a team of Sales Professionals (Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Solutions Consultants) across North America to drive and execute our Advanced Solutions Midterm business plan.

JOB SUMMARY
  • Co - Create and maintain North America's Advanced Solutions strategy in collaboration with key Yokogawa stakeholders; Determining target markets and potential clients within those markets
  • Engage with end-user leaders and executives to develop relationships, understand their business and formulate business solutions to create value.
  • Interface with regional sales and business leads to implement and develop account specific strategies within key customers and markets
  • Parter with our Sales Enablement and Solution Consultant team to enable our Account Management team to execute customer centric pursuit strategies.
  • Participate in regular reviews for all assigned Accounts to review progress against commitments including performance to plan, CRM pipeline size & quality, CRM utilization, and accounts receivable as necessary.
  • Leverage the tools and processes to meet and exceed the team's annual targets w (CRM, Forecasting, Account planning etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned included but not limited to proposal reviews, approval meetings and alignment with global business unit.


REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of solution selling experience in the process control industry, preferably in engineering, systems, software, and the services field. with established industry relationships, and understanding business processes. The ability to understand DCS, instrumentation, safety systems, applications or related level of understanding of process control environment.
  • Relationships with C-level executives within assigned industry verticals in Materials, Energy and Sustainability or Life Verticals.
  • Ability to travel (50% expected) and comply with the company's travel policy.
