Description:

We're looking for an Immigration Attorney, Client Advisor, to play a key role in connecting prospective clients with our cutting-edge immigration legaltech platform. In this role, you'll use your legal expertise to guide individuals and businesses through their immigration journeys, collaborating closely with our Account Executives (AEs) and leadership team. You'll also support marketing efforts by participating in events, webinars, and creating informative content like blog posts and visa guides. Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Account Executives to support them throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide strategic legal insights to prospective clients, offering tailored solutions to their immigration challenges.
  • Develop strong client relationships by delivering clear, valuable guidance and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies and outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute thought leadership by sharing expertise through written content and public engagements.
  • Stay informed on immigration policy updates to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Active U.S. law license with 2-5 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Deep understanding of employment-based immigration processes and visa types (e.g., H-1B, O-1, EB-2, EB-1A).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex legal information.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, building trust and delivering personalized advice.
  • A genuine passion for helping immigrants and startups succeed through innovative legal solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or business development within the immigration legal services sector.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments.
