Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead multiple projects of low to medium complexity and risk, specializing in engine combustion systems.
  • Manage scope changes within the project effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement in the product development process, particularly in engine combustion technologies.
  • Represent project status to customers and Client leadership.
  • Work with project launch teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor and control schedules, costs, deliverables, risk management, and scope to meet stakeholder and customer expectations.
  • Apply the Client Product Life Cycle process to support product development in engine combustion systems.

Qualifications:
  • Citizens or GC holders can apply
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required, preferably in program management or a technical field related to engine combustion systems.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a program or project coordination role, ideally in combustion systems, powertrain, or related industries.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of the product life cycle, particularly in combustion system development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to moderate projects and drive technical decisions.
  • Ability to present technical and strategic issues to management.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in analysis tools.
  • Capability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
