Ford Component Sales, LLC (FCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company aligned with the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD). We are a flexible sales organization that directs resources toward revenue opportunities identified by FCSD.
We are in search of an Aftermarket Sales Manager that is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans resulting in incremental growth for Ford Motor Company, customer satisfaction initiatives, price sheets, contract development and implementation, customer quotations, and relationship development with aftermarket customers, FCSD, and key FCS counterparts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or 7 or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position manages assigned employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within the department. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops and achieves strategic growth plans for FCS' aftermarket business unit including Aftermarket, Transmission, and Special Markets lines of business
- Updates and maintains product offerings to support growth initiatives
- Manages pricing activity to maximize profits
- Develops and executes agreements as needed to support business unit
- Interfaces with other FCS departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develops and reports BPR data to senior management
- Works with various Ford activities to develop distribution channel synergies
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with account managers
- Represents company at trade association meetings
- Provides accurate and timely forecast data
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
- Other duties as assigned
