Because of our technology and service, our customers love being insured by us, even when they have a claim.
We've grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Agency Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform!

We've grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Agency Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform!
What You'll Do
- Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.
- Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel.
- Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents.
- Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback.
- Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.
Your Background
- Experienced: You are a gifted trainer with in-depth knowledge of Steadily's systems and the independent agency ecosystem.
- Insurance: You have a strong P&C insurance background and are comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles.
- Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
- Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 salary
