We're seeking a dynamic Senior Architect/Advisor to lead AI-driven transformation projects, working closely with clients to tailor Agentforce to their unique business needs. This role combines strategic consulting, technical expertise to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.
Consulting & Strategy:
Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and operational processes.
Design AI-driven strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity using Agentforce
Solution Architecture & Implementation:
Lead the configuration and customization of Agentforce to meet client requirements.
Serve as the point of contact for client leadership teams, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Conduct workshops, training, and presentations to drive user adoption and change management.
Leverage analytics to uncover performance trends, recommend optimizations, and demonstrate ROI.
Stay up-to-date on AI advancements to advise clients on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in consulting, business transformation, or AI/technology implementation roles.
Experience in Salesforce Agentforce, or AI platforms. Also, Data cloud, Snowflake and other similar tools would be an advantage
Proven track record leading client engagements
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI technologies (Agentic AI) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
