What You Will Be Doing

Join Lockheed Martin's elite F-22 Sustainment Team as the AGILE Cell Lead, where your leadership will directly impact the readiness and mission success of the world's premier air dominance fighter. Supporting Contractor Field Teams (CFTs) and the Depot Site at Ogden/Hill AFB, you will lead cross-functional efforts across multiple sites to resolve constraints affecting depot maintenance, modifications, and flight operations.

As the F-22 AGILE Cell Lead, you will:
Lead an integrated AGILE MOD team, driving resolution of all issues affecting aircraft schedule performance across CFT and depot sites.
Manage daily operations of the AGILE cell, utilizing Agile methodologies to prioritize and resolve blockers to modification and depot work.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, supply chain, program management, field operations, and logistics.
Serve as the central point of contact for constraints impacting mission capability (MC), ensuring issues are resourced and tracked through closure.
Analyze root causes, develop recovery plans, and report out to senior leadership on resolution status and impacts to the master schedule.
Support worldwide F-22 sustainment operations, requiring flexibility and occasional travel to CFT and depot locations.
Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives across the program and support the development of Agile methodologies within Sustainment.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in support of Depot activities
Experience leading post-delivery modification and retrofit, in-service repair, and/or inspection efforts.
Experience with Depot & maintenance with customer Interface
Experience managing the production of weekly status reports, metrics, incorporation documents, and/or schedules.
Experience with MS Office applications.

Desired skills
Knowledge of JIRA annotation
F-22 program process knowledge
F-22 modification and retrofit experience
F-22 Experience planning tooling needs with ability to forecast requirements based on retrofit plans
Ability to interpret and execute policies and procedures that typically affect maintenance activities
Integrated Logistics Support elements
F-22 sustainment knowledge and experience
F-22 Contractor / Depot Field team plan development
Demonstrated knowledge of F-22 aircraft tooling, support equipment, consolidated tool kits (CTK), modification kit tools, perishable tooling, portable
Experience in support of Inventory Control & Management, SAP, MRP, CribMaster, SFM, QADS, lean manufacturing, &/or developing cross functional teams.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
