Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. is seeking an Agile Coach (San Jose, CA) to support the organization towards an agile organizational structure and continuous improvement and bring agile elements into daily work. Advise and coach senior leadership and key stakeholders to analyze current business performance & targets, systems & processes, and design a strategy for the adoption of agile practices. Deliver inhouse consulting and team support of agile methodologies in different departments/functions of teams and management as well as event management and knowledge exchange and community services. Provide systematic coaching, consulting, and supervision for several agile teams as Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Coach Product Owners, Project Managers, Managements, and other stakeholders within the organization about agile culture and development. Promote objectives and key results (OKR) and Agile Strategy Approach (ASA). Foster agile mindset and ways of working. Conceptualize and execute agile workshops and trainings for teams, as well as management and key stakeholders, to ensure education of agile methods and mindset. Identify and leverage potential of cross-organizational activities, exchange and communication, both internal and external, to drive improvement initiatives. Support the agile transformation on sub-organization and local level with an end-to-end responsibility. Up to 10% domestic travel and 5% international travel required. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Your Profile:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the field of agile methods in the semiconductor industry or a related R&D-heavy industry. Employer will also accept a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience. Experience must include: Agile Methodologies, including Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, OKR/ASA, and Business Design/Innovation; Implementing Agile techniques; Agile scaling methods; Running Agile projects; Lean management; Conceptualization and moderation of customized agile workshops & standardized trainings; Change management; Leadership coaching; Management or organizational change frameworks (e.g., EFQM); Organization of Hackathons or agile-related conferences; Organization of agile learning & knowledge sharing events; and Experience in agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Must have certification in Agile frameworks (Certified Scrum Master or Certified OKR Master). Up to 10% domestic travel and 5% international travel required. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Salary Range: $191,464 - $210,610 per year
