Agile Coach

Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. This position will be hybrid in Smithfield, RI. The Agile Coach will be responsible for coaching, supporting, and guiding leaders to optimize their approach to product development.

Responsibilities for the Agile Coach:

• Identify gaps or inefficiencies for areas of improvement
• Drive innovation and propose new methods to optimize operations
• Interact with executives and team leads to adopt best practices in an Agile environment

Qualifications for the Agile Coach:

• 8+ years of experience in process improvement
• Proven experience as an Agile coach/Scrum master
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and Scaled Delivery Frameworks (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Experience mentoring or coaching leaders at various levels

Compensation for the Agile Coach:

• Salary Range: $140,000-165,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
