Job Description:

Are you an alliance and partner leader with experience in AI, Data, and Cloud technology? Do you like helping customers and partners solve the most complex government mission, defense, and intelligence problems? As GDIT AI Alliance Partner Director, you will manage key AI and Data technology partner relationships and lead joint GDIT Partner growth strategies, working with strategic accounts, marketing, and solutions teams. You will own a portfolio of high-visibility partners based on today's most sought after technologies in Generative AI, Cloud, Quantum, and DevSecOps.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for a savvy leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility, ownership, and impact. You must have a growth track record with AI and Data solution partners (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google, Palantir, Andruil) building and executing partnership programs in; co-selling; implementing solutions, field engagement, proposal and capture, and joint go-to-market to drive growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical, sales, and executive relationships with Solution Partners in Big Data and AI platforms (Palantir, Andruil, Databricks, Snowflake Cloudera/Hortonworks, MapR) and Cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google, Moveworks, C3.ai, Antropic)
  • Lead development and oversee execution of Solution Partner growth strategies that include co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to build, communicate, and implement new joint partner programs that accelerate customers adoption and provide a clear differentiation for GDIT.
  • Oversee enterprise pipeline of Partner-specific opportunities in collaboration with Division growth leadership
  • Provide leadership for the Solution Partner integration across the business development lifecycle - from early customer engagement and shaping, to solution qualification and pricing, proposal and pilot, to project delivery.
  • Help support Divisions in coordinating Division-specific or Enterprise-wide growth efforts as well as issue/request escalations.
  • Facilitate development of workforce enablement campaigns to build awareness, competency, and drive growth with Solution Partners.
  • Build and maintain metrics and reporting on Solution Partner performance and activities to senior executives.
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for GDIT/Partner meetings and events.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's candidate preferred
  • Ten years of experience or Technical Certifications providing senior partnership and consulting leadership, running complex alliance and partner programs, in the areas of Cloud, AI, or Advanced technology.
  • Direct work developing sales & solutions with AI and Data Solution Partners in: Data Science and Cloud-Native data applications, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Deep Learning Frameworks, data migration, data lakes/mesh architecture, analysis and visualization platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record building and deploying field programs and solution marketing efforts in US Public Sector or mission context.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage current and prospective customers (CIOs, CTOs, Program executives, etc.) to build trust and relationships, clearly communicate solutions and concepts, and influence action.

The likely salary range for this position is $208,250 - $281,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
