Trystar's team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of an AI Engineer to join our IT team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our AI solutions including machine learning and Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include machine learning leveraging AI algorithms that support Trystar's various business needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand AI requirements, train AI models, and generate actionable insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving Trystar's AI strategy and supporting our commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

In this role you will get to:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms to support various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement in business processes.
• Optimize machine learning models for deployment and performance, ensuring they meet operational goals.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document AI processes and model specifications, providing clear guidelines for future development and maintenance.
• Mentor junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant innovations into the company's AI strategy.
• Participate in data and AI governance efforts, advocating for ethical and responsible AI use.

Job Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on building and deploying machine learning models.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, various machine learning frameworks, foundational models and RAG.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
• Proven ability to optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to AI integration and innovation.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience in conducting thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Knowledge of AI governance principles and best practices, with a commitment to ethical and responsible AI use.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment and scaling.
• Ability to mentor junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Passion for learning and incorporating the latest advancements in AI technology.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
