What you will be doing:
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about AI trends, opportunities, and key vendors. Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
  • Regional Collaboration: Periodically meet with each plant business team across North America to identify current challenges and propose AI solutions to address them.
  • Document and share successful AI pilots across plants to promote knowledge sharing.
  • Global Coordination: Work closely with the global AI team to share experiences, best practices, and lessons learned. Advocate for a unified approach to AI initiatives across regions.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain, update a centralized knowledge base, and template library for AI, Power BI, and RPA solutions.
  • Cross-Technology Support: Assist in managing Power BI and RPA initiatives alongside AI, ensuring alignment and efficiency across digital tools.


What you will need to be successful:

Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology, analytics, digital transformation, or related fields
  • Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both IT and business team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about AI and its applications in the automotive industry.

Preferred
  • Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, RPA, or related technologies
