Implement and enhance monitoring to provide visibility into the health of the system Proficient in Informatica 10.x and MFT file transfers Monitor the system health and setup automated alerts and monitors to prevent failures Monitor system usage trend and perform capacity planning Support and execute preventive maintenance activity Experience 7to9yrs Required Skills Technical Skills- Informatica Administration Informatica Analyst Informatica Domain Skills- Nice to have skills Technical Skills- IBM Netezza Domain Skills- Technology Informatica Shift Day 9 AM TO 6 PM AZ Roles & Responsibilities Implement and enhance monitoring to provide visibility into the health of the system Proficient in Informatica 10.x and MFT file transfers Monitor the system health and setup automated alerts and monitors to prevent failures Monitor system usage trend and perform capacity planning Support and execute preventive maintenance activities Daily/weekly/Monthly repository backup Create and manage quality documents as needed Resolve Tickets and incidents reported by platform users Troubleshoots ETL Integrations by analyzing logs database records jobs performance job configuration etc. Understands the flows of the information through the multiple integrations that are part of our environments Understands and assess the impact for the business and identifies the root cause of the issue and the possible solutions for it Proactively escalates issues to the Lead Participates on Critical Incident calls and collaborates with other team members to resolve issues Perform thorough Root Cause Analysis on Problem tickets and identifies permanent solution for them Develops Bug-Fixes and small-medium Enhancements to resolve Problems Co-ordination with vendor and application during hardware/software upgrades Work with application and system owners to refactor unreliable or inefficient jobs. Development of new jobs and redesign of existing jobs that are unreliable or inefficient Review new jobs as part of agreed operational transition onboarding and work with various Dev teams to ensure new integrations follow existing standards Provide business/functional/technical support Responsible for incident investigation diagnosis and recovery within the defined service levels Provide acceptance and regression testing for maintenance activities and enhancements created by the support team Action Service Requests Provide RCA for problem tickets Service improvem Job Location Primary: USAZPHOA01-Phoenix - AZ USA COG Alternate: Job Type 60CW00 Business Associate Demand Requires Travel-N Certification(s) Required-NO
