Senior Air Quality Consultant - Lead Permitting & Compliance Programs

Are you a seasoned Air Quality & Environmental Compliance expert looking to take on a leadership role? This opportunity allows you to lead air permitting and regulatory compliance programs for private-sector clients in industries like manufacturing, oil & gas, power, solid waste, and mining.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement air permitting & compliance strategies to ensure operational flexibility
• Build strong client relationships and drive business development
• Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff in air quality project planning & execution
• Collaborate with air quality leaders nationwide to apply best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, compliance, or industry-related roles
• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Meteorology, or related fields
• Expertise in air emission inventories, permitting, and compliance reporting
• Strong project management and client engagement skills
• Deep understanding of US EPA and state air quality regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• P.E. license
• Knowledge of New Source Review procedures
• Experience with AERMOD air dispersion modeling
• Expertise in Best Available Control Technology (BACT) analyses
