We are a leading Aviation company looking for a Team Lead to join and manage our growing team. You will lead a top level team of Technicians at a growing MRO repair facility with fantastic training and growth opportunity!

This is for 1st Shift; M-F

What You Will Be Doing

Our Team Lead will work in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector to execute work scope and communicate directives to a team of technicians to assure that tasks are performed on time, on budget, and within compliance of 14 CFR 145 guidelines. You will support team growth and development by identifying training needs and overseeing the completion of those programs.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years;

- Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Manager, Supervisor
- A&P certification
- Airframe Powerplant License
- Corporate Aircraft; Citation, King Air, Challenger, Lear, Dassault, etc..
- ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, etc...
- understanding of CFR Part 145.211
