Responsibilities: * Prepare aircraft exteriors for painting, including surface preparation, masking, and layout work. * Apply primers, paints, and specialized coatings to aircraft surfaces according to specifications. * Perform external aircraft markings using detailed patterns and templates. * Ensure compliance with aerospace painting standards and quality control requirements. * Follow safety protocols and handle adhesives, sealants, and coatings per industry regulations. Qualifications: * Educational Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required. * Equivalent combination of education and experience considered. * Clearance Requirements: * Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. * Experience Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in aircraft painting, coatings application, and surface preparation. * 5+ years of experience preferred.
