Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US SMB Acquisition Manager to lead our scaled online acquisition efforts. This role will be critical in designing and implementing strategies to acquire small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand SMB needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to inform acquisition tactics.
Strategy Development: Create and execute acquisition strategies tailored to SMBs, focusing on effective online marketing channels like social media, search engines, and content marketing.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of online advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting, etc.) aimed at SMBs to achieve customer acquisition goals.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate online leads through building communities, networking, events, digital marketing, and partnerships.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with SMBs to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales pitches and presentations that resonate with SMB decision-makers.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition strategies.
Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the budget effectively across various channels to maximize ROI and meet acquisition targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, product, and sales teams to create compelling messaging and ensure that acquisition strategies align with overall business objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on acquisition performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Position Requirement
8 to 10 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in SMB digital acquisition, paid media, content marketing, website optimization and digital marketing
Strong understanding of the SMB market and market specific business landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
