What You will Do
  • Determine and drive to key partner revenue goals based on input from overall market strategy, market growth goals, and practice focus areas.
  • Coordinate with Slalom local market personnel in planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for each alliance.
  • Proactively identify, shape and close business with our partners.
  • Develop partner engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment, and customer engagement, to support overall partner strategy.
  • Support our practices in developing any GTM strategy aligned to partners like AWS, Salesforce, Google...etc.
  • Work closely with Global Alliances marketing and operations teams to rollout global strategy and process in market.

What You will Bring
  • Demonstrated success in complex, relationship-based growth in multiple industries.
  • Embody the Slalom values and be able to tell the Slalom story to the Alliance Partners with a goal to generate new leads directly or through broader relationships with Slalom leadership.
  • Define, create, maintain local Market Relationships and Executive mapping with Strategic Alliances.
  • Define/educate local market on best practices for supporting for non-Strategic Alliances effectively, Alliance Ambassador.
  • Alliance Business Planning with each Gold/Strategic partner
