Alternative Delivery Pursuit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams
• Oversee the preparation of responsive and competitive technical and price proposals in compliance with RFQ's, RFP's and all other bid and contract documents
• Collaborate in the negotiation of all applicable agreements with project owners, construction partners, designers and interface agreements with other team members
• Lead task force meetings to discuss pursuit strategies and plans in terms of constructability, staging plans, project schedule, logistics and project controls elements
• Lead the preparation and take active role on meetings with project owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with JV partners in the preparation of competitive bids
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential project opportunities and challenges
• Prepare, manage and monitor the pursuit plan, including resource allocation and budgeting
• Collaborate with Business Development team to identify interesting bidding opportunities for the company
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects such as DB, PDB, and P3.
• Experience in large-scale heavy civil projects with budgets over $500M
• Experience in pursuit processes for different Departments of Transportation
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and manage contracts.
