WeatherTech is seeking a qualified Amazon Marketplace Manager tohelpshape the company's 3P Seller strategy and execution and guide marketing and merchandizing for such marketplaces as Amazon, eBay and Walmart. A thorough understanding and proven experience of partnering with and operating on Amazon is required and a priority.

As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy and associated action plans for Amazon (and other marketplaces) that drive growth incrementally for WeatherTech.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Marketplace partner teams, focusing on enhancing overall business opportunities, including securing access to test programs and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant WeatherTech departments (Product Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Protection, Part Entry etc.) to bring recommendations to market.
  • Lead end-to-end ad campaign management, including goal setting, budget allocation, targeting and search strategy, ideation, execution and measurement.
  • Partner with Product Catalog Management team to create, optimize, and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and pricing. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability.
  • Resolve product listings issues, identify and rectify recycled UPC problems, leveraging advanced tools like Jungle Scout, Helium10 & Power Bi to foster revenue growth and elevate average order value/sales, while closely analyzing errors logs and data.
  • Manage organic search engine optimization efforts, including on-page and technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and search visibility monitoring.
  • Oversee paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals to drive traffic and sales. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve ROI targets.
  • Audit existing content and identify gaps in content assets. Work with creative team to develop on-brand, best in class content that's tailored to its respective marketplace audience, including landing pages, 3D Imagery, A+ content and more.
  • Spearhead the setup and monitoring of FBA, AWD, WFS shipments, ensuring punctual delivery, identifying low-stock products needing replenishment, and optimizing inventory management practices, full integration of universal products and Seller Fulfilled Prime.
  • Monitor performance against key metrics and provide recommendations on how best to improve and optimize.
  • Provide regular Marketplace performance "health check" updates, rationale-based recommendations and/or course corrections to Executive Leadership Team.
  • Ensure the company's online presence remains competitive and profitable.
  • Stay up to date to industry and marketplace trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualified Candidates will have
  • 5+ years of experience managing third-party marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon, eBay and Walmart.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving marketplace performance.
  • A strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketplace management tools and software.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize complex demands of time and resources.
