Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:30 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years; preference for those with level I trauma center experience License: State RN license Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Epic experience required; experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital is preferred Job Description: - Provide high-quality care for ICU patients in various specialized environments including neuro/trauma ICU, surgical ICU, medical ICU, cardiovascular ICU, and progressive critical care units.- Deliver competent and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department and post-anesthesia care unit when needed.- Exhibit strong experience in floating to a variety of ICUs.- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse patient conditions.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain up-to-date patient records using the facility's electronic medical record system.- Adhere to all established protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the ICU setting.
