Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: State licensure required Certifications: Epic experience required Must-Have: Competency test completion within 48 hours of application submission Job Description: - Local candidates from designated counties are not eligible.- Minimum of 1 year of experience required in a 600+ bed academic hospital with a passing competency testing score.- 2 years of experience required if competency testing is bypassed.- Be prepared to float to other units as needed.- Scrub colors and dress code details provided during orientation.- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency required.- Participate in a competency test sent via email within 48 hours of submission.- The selection process involves multiple team members for interviews.- Familiarize and comply with all hospital protocols and regulations.Ensure the provided email is up-to-date to receive competency test details.
