Description:
The Shared Services Operations (SSO) team at Apple is looking for a dynamic and motivated SSO Analyst. This role requires an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, proven analytical capabilities, ability to influence, and excellent communication / collaboration skills. It will involve technical expertise with internal tools and expert data visualization / report building. This role will also identify and lead process /tool improvement projects inside the Reseller Operations (RO) department.
Description Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the order life cycle & execution process Responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, developing measurable ways to drive efficiency and process improvement Build management systems across SSO to drive efficiency and automation including creating metrics and reporting Prepare and present recommendations to management and partner teams using executive summaries of key data, metrics and execution plans then drive follow up actions Drive critical metrics across internal Apple functions, influence the team to take action, and participate in cross-functional projects from concept phase to implementation Partner cross-functionally to develop insights into existing processes and business problems to create and drive a path forward

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in Operations or related field
- Self-starter with strong analytical capabilities, demonstrated experience with data preparation and visualization
- Expert with Excel with the ability to assemble reports on a recurring and ad-hoc basis. SAP/Tableau experience a plus
- Prioritizes workload, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meets deadlines for a variety of deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Masters Degree in a related field
- Solution oriented and self-motivated; able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with high attention to detail
- Cuts through ambiguity and can understand complex business processes and details
- Recognizes patterns and root cause analysis and provides recommendations on how to improve
- Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to tailor the message to the audience
