Description:
- Direct daily refrigeration maintenance responsibilities.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, assigning work priorities.
- Oversee repairs of refrigeration equipment and ammonia systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance related to hazmat, PSM, HACCP, health & safety, environmental standards and equipment operations.
- Develop and enhance maintenance team's predictive & preventative maintenance knowledge.
- Prevent and control operational downtime.

- Ammonia System Certification preferred.
- 3+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience required.
- 5+ years experience and training in anhydrous ammonia and freon refrigeration systems required, preferrable within a poultry manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of high and low electrical troubleshooting and repair, blue prints and electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent technology and computer skills.
