Responsibilities:
  • Application Managed Services (AMS) Sales Support and Solution Creation:
    • Leads the AMS solution process.
    • Builds end to end enterprise solution constructs on AMS RFPs and leads proactive pursuits in areas around cloud modernization, Agile/DevOps transformation and next gen AMS and Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) operating models.
    • Works on RFPs, both customer originated as well as proactive proposals, and customer identified projects for overall service improvements and state-of-the-art solution implementation.
    • Collaborates with all relevant verticals / horizontals to review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the goals identified. Recommends and defines the most suitable solution.
    • Identifies implementation risks and analyzes potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives.
    • Supports sales executives by qualifying prospects and delivering client presentations of AMS capabilities and differentiation.
    • Contributes to winning a high percentage of the proposals.
    • Works across and integrate services/products from multi-disciplinary teams including sales, finance, business assurance, enterprise technical architecture, infrastructure, digital transformation.
    • Works with each of the towers to review effort and cost inputs to achieve overall solution efficacy, deliverability and win rate.
    • Presents and leads solution alignment workshops with our customers.
  • Application Managed Services Offering Management:
    • Researches overall application support tools across ERPs and non-ERP solutions, industry leading standards and methodologies in the market including tools in the areas of AI Ops, RPA, Devops, Low code, No-code, and monitoring.
    • Advises and recommends application support strategies, processes and methodologies
    • Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the solution architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and upcoming vendor products and solutions.
    • Builds an integrated solution strategy working across different technology groups/horizontals including Enterprise Applications, ERP & COTS, Infrastructure services, Integration services, and Cloud services.
    • Designs an Integrated Operating model across towers and leads the creation of engagement level transformation themes.
  • Application Managed Services Solution Architecture:
    • Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and implementation of the identified solutions.
    • Conducts and/or actively participates in meetings related to the designated project/s, both locally and internationally, with existing clients or prospects.
    • Develops practices, process and methodologies to audit/review existing engagements and guide them for implementation of improvements projects to fix the gaps identified.
  • Evangelizes, collaborates, and actively contributes on a team that is focused on achieving and continuously improving the highest delivery of customer value.

Qualifications:
  • 10 + years of strong delivery experience, with at least 5+ years in solutioning/selling AMS/ADM delivery , COTS and/or Custom Applications
  • Highly experienced in various estimation/commercial models including SaaS
  • Experience in client facing roles providing verbal and written communication to client leadership and decision makers
  • Experience in anchoring / supporting large RFPs
  • Experience documenting solution architecture via diagrams, methods, approaches, and standards
  • Very good working knowledge of SLAs, SLOs, KPIs and critical metrics related to Application Managed Services
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams; excellent verbal communication and written skills are critical to articulate the solution
  • Experience in solutioning or managing DevOps / Agile Delivery
  • Strong experience/familiarity with automation technologies and their application in an AMS/ADM business context.
  • Ability to articulate value in terms of business outcomes/outputs.
  • Solution Selling - Ensuring quality solution delivery and subsequent solution selling to other key stakeholders.
  • Creating collaterals: Creating capability decks, case studies, mailers and contribute to creation of assets.
