Location: Remote Contract (with occasional travel or onsite work in Burlington, VT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog ICs
- Perform design simulations, verification, and validation.
- Work with digital designers, layout engineers, and system architects for integration.
- Research and implement advanced design techniques.
- Support testing, characterization, and debugging of analog ICs.
- Document design methodologies and test results.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a technical advisor to ensure solutions meet customer needs, and analyzing customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering (focus on CMOS analog/mixed-signal design).
- 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development with successful tape-outs.
- Expertise in voltage/current references.
- Proficiency in EDA tools Cadence
- Strong understanding of mismatch mitigation, stability, low-power, and low-noise techniques.
- Ability to innovate, work independently, and thrive in a startup environment.
