Outcomes:
The Analyst and Country Lead (KWT/LBN) is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
Complete tasks assign prior to the date requested by Gemini supervisors and customer counterparts
Deliver products and services that lead to an Exceptional rating in Government Contractor Performance Assessment Reports.
Responsibilities:
The position will provide a CWMD Analyst SMEs and country lead for Kuwait and Lebanon providing recommendations to increase Partner Nation capabilities and capacities in the areas of WMD threat assessments, CBRN Passive Defense, WMD medical countermeasures, consequence management, force protection, and related policy and/or program work. Also provides recommendations to Partner Nations in the areas of CWMD/CBRND plans and policy applications as well as the sequence and timing of key CWMD/CBRND events to exercise EAGLE RESOLVE and recommends methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions. The CWMD Analyst will assist in the establishment and application of CBRND measures; provide technical advice regarding the CBRND equipment and operations; provide advice on medical countermeasure types, storage, and use; principles involved in consequence management; perform vulnerability analysis in the areas of detection, individual and collective protection, decontamination, and analytical instrumentation and provide sensitive site assessment/exploitation.
The CWMD Analyst will also provide CBRND technical advice to assist partner nations in developing a response strategy or course of action to enhance CBRND readiness. This position will also make recommendations on existing and new Interagency/International engagements related to expansion and implementation of specific instruments, increasing security and decreasing proliferation of WMD.
The CMWD Analyst will routinely be required to create, plan, coordinate, and execute acquisition programs in support of partners capacity building efforts related to Foreign Military Sales and Financing and Section 333 train and equip authorities.
The analyst will routinely access and update the SOCIUM and Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) databases.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a discipline applicable to the effort.
Expertise in the following areas either as a country lead or in support of a country lead: CWMD, CBRN Defense, CBRN Medical Countermeasures, and Consequence/Emergency Management for the CWMD Analyst and Customs or Border Security background for the Integrated Border Security Analyst.
Experience planning the sequence of key events and milestones for bilateral and multilateral CWMD and/or border security engagements and other security cooperation related events and integrate CWMD themes into major exercises.
Experience developing methods of evaluating partner CWMD capability and capacity
Experience with a range of Security Cooperation options available to remedy identified gaps.
Highly Desired:
Minimum of ten (10) years of practical experience in the area relating to CWMD.
Travel: As required to support the project.
