We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the company. This role will focus on building dashboards, analyzing data, and optimizing reporting processes in BI and ERP tools. You'll work closely with business teams to deliver actionable and interactive reports. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Analytics.

Salary Range
$90,000-$95,000 USD

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the company. This role will focus on building dashboards, analyzing data, and optimizing reporting processes in BI and ERP tools. You'll work closely with business teams to deliver actionable and interactive reports. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Domo dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Use Databricks and SQL to pull, analyze, and structure data for reporting.
- Partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and data engineering to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Identify and automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across BI/ERP tools and business functions.
- Train and support users on best practices for Domo and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field (Consumer Goods experience is a plus).
- Expertise in BI tools, especially Domo (experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL (Databricks SQL preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing dashboards for performance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset and passion for continuous learning.
