Description

The Analyst, Corporate Credit will support the investment decision-making process through the analysis, recommendation, and monitoring of investment grade corporate bonds.

Job Functions

• Formulate well-supported credit opinions and investment recommendations for portfolio managers
• Conduct in-depth fundamental credit research on and assess relative value within assigned industries to identify attractive primary and secondary investments.
  • Create and maintain financial models and credit memos.
  • Conduct diligence calls with management teams and expert consultants.
  • Actively engage with sell-side and buy-side market participants.
• Prepare clear, concise credit research reports
• Effectively communicate complex credit ideas and recommendations
• Continuously monitor assigned issuers and sectors for credit events, ratings changes, and market developments
• Stay current with trends in the investment-grade fixed income market, including macroeconomic factors and industry conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• CFA designation or progress towards CFA certification or MBA is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in fixed income markets in an analytical role
• Financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity

Base Salary Range

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
