Job Description
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing monthly financial results, develop forecasts & annual business plan, extract and manage data from a wide variety of systems and prepare monthly reporting packages. Seek opportunities to improve forecast accuracy using analytical tools.

Description of Responsibilities:
Serve as a financial business partner to corporate departments.
Identify risks and opportunities to the forecast. Drive operations to mitigate risks.
Support Monthly Actuals and Forecast to identify cost drivers and prepare variance explanations.
Work with Operations to establish Measures of Program Effectiveness.
Develop/update Operational and Analytical dashboards for performance measurements against corporate objectives.
Review purchase requisitions and contracts for budget availability, commitments, and business case for compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
Support Annual Budget Process, to include working with operations to determine all budget requests.
Support consolidation/validation of data and corresponding analysis and budget packet preparation.
Ad hoc data and analysis requests from senior management.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Access and Word
Prior experience with SAP or Hyperion/Smartview highly desirable
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to complete heavy workload within established time frames
Work independently with strong initiative
Effectively present information and respond to questions from management
Ability to work effectively and influence all levels of the organization and provide direction and guidance regarding finance practices, policies and procedures
Requires knowledge and application of GAAP and develop and communicate financial transactions including accruals and pre-payments
High level of analytical capability utilizing and interpreting data from many diverse sources

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience in lieu of degree.
Master's in Business Administration desired.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant work experience required.

3+ years of experience in financial analysis including forecasting and budgeting required.

Pay Range
$83,300.00 - $120,800.00
Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
