JOB DESCRIPTION
The Reconciliation Team is a critical part of Antares by ensuring the accuracy of investment data internally across the firm as well as externally with counterparties, fund administrators and investor reporting.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Analyst's primary role is to perform daily, monthly, quarterly and periodic reconciliations across multiple accounts, portfolios and internal systems. This role is situated in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you will be expected to apply your analytical skills and financial expertise to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all operations.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

$75,000 - $90,000

Reporting to the Team Lead, the Analyst's primary role is to perform daily, monthly, quarterly and periodic reconciliations across multiple accounts, portfolios and internal systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of cash, positions, and accrued income values across multiple portfolios, custodians and fund administrators
- Exposure to our BDC Product line assisting senior BDC Analysts with monthly tie outs consisting of Par and Maturity Attribute taking the lead on corresponding break resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure discrepancies are identified correctly, assigned appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
- Execute assigned Standard Operating Procedures by employing Best Practices to ensure accurate and consistent deliverables that are aligned with individual and team performance goals
- Update the Recon Team's Operational database so we can continue delivering consistently accurate investment data to our clients
ABOUT YOU (OR QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree, with a preferred concentration in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel usage or comparable software application
- Motivated self-starter with a responsive, collaborative, and professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented problem solver that takes ownership and follows through to completion of assigned tasks
- Investment Loan Operations experience a plus

- Must be willing to work from Chicago and travel as necessary.
