Position Description
Are you a data-driven storyteller with a passion for turning insights into impact? We're looking for a Analytics & Insights Manager to evaluate and translate key commercial KPIs-focusing on digital leading indicators-into actionable strategies that drive success for our clients and brand partners. You'll develop measurement frameworks, analyze omnichannel performance, and craft compelling presentations that weave the data into stories that inform and optimize campaigns across the full PESO ecosystem.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop measurement frameworks aligned to our client brand's strategic imperatives in collaboration with media, omnichannel, client service, and technology colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce the Agency's unique data products to help expand our scopes of work with clients in collaboration with omnichannel strategists.
  • Evaluate promotional opportunities available to the agency team and our clients by leveraging the full PESO ecosystem to help secure achievement of our client brand's strategic imperatives.
  • Provide impactful, visual, data-driven insights to clients, informing future campaigns and brand needs.
  • Create and deliver impact data-driven stories for our clients, using well-honed storytelling techniques.
  • Partner with Analytics team and cross-functionally to craft client communication for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Assist with driving the development and deployment of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
  • Organize and analyze omnichannel data to identify significant trends or outcomes that suggest an opportunity to improve the overall agency and client strategy across all channels.
  • Analyze current and historical data and evolving trends to support optimization and experimentation recommendations.
  • Support mass data collection efforts to develop performance trends including client and company benchmarks.
  • Manage and respond to internal requests for analytics assistance and participate in client conversations when needed.
  • Contribute to enhancing data visualizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Technical Qualifications -
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in a media analyst role or relevant data-focused marketing position, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of turning large datasets into actionable strategies using their knowledge of Excel, data visualization platforms, and statistical modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, queries, etc.) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, DOMO and/or PowerBI)
  • Strong marketing channel knowledge: familiarity with all major platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Bing (inclusive of organic and paid metrics & KPIs) as well as an ability to efficiently find, analyze and format data sourced from other media platforms
  • Excellent understanding of all marketing channels and personal and non-personal promotion (e.g., search marketing, social marketing, digital display, online video, programmatic, CTV, broadcast, radio/audio, non-personal HCP programs, print, OOH, sales team KPIs and how non-personal and sales work together)
  • Excellent understanding of leading measurement strategies and techniques including audience analysis, impact measurement, test and control methodologies, ROI studies, client Attitudes, Trial, and Use studies (ATUs) predictive and prescriptive analytics methodologies, and industry leaders that provide such solutions (e.g., Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony, etc.)
  • Strong experience with M365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
