the Manager of Analytics - Growth, Operations, and Finance Intelligence will lead a team of analytics professionals in leveraging data and analytics to achieve the organization's strategic objectives. This role encompasses overseeing day-to-day analytics delivery, managing stakeholder relationships and expectations, and shaping a forward-looking strategy to harness analytics and cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, to deliver valuable insights.
The Manager will collaborate closely with the Director to maximize the impact of data, analytics, and emerging technologies in supporting end users across the organization. The team's focus will center on growth, operational efficiency, and financial intelligence, addressing the needs of Medicare Advantage, the Faculty Practice Group, the Medical Center, the School of Medicine, and other key areas.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site about 10-20% of the time, and as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $ 112,900 - $ 256,900 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.

- Deep expertise in Epic's Cogito roadmap and SQL-based reporting.
- Strong understanding of statistics and data science.
- Proven experience applying AI in analytics to solve complex challenges.
