General Summary/Overview
The Manager, Analytics is responsible for the direct management of 4-8 full-time employees, as well as consulting resources where necessary for larger projects. Under the supervision of Senior Manager or Director, the incumbent will manage team resources, and the execute on analytics projects which span multiple departments across our entire health systems. The manager oversees our data and analytics dissemination to institutions and departments across the organization through the maintenance, support, and development of our enterprise reporting platform and Tableau infrastructure. The manager will also be responsible for the development and delivery of reports and extracts via our electronic medical record system (Epic) using SQL and Clarity tools. The manager will ensure accurate and quality reporting of hospital data through these platforms, and devise strategies to improve the dissemination of these data in a quality manner that meets the department's standards.

Also responsible for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company and interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
