Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Analytics Manager, you will be accountable for the development, automation, deployment and support for business intelligence solutions including self-service/ad-hoc environments with a project focused lifecycle. You will be responsible for deploying advanced analytic models built by the peer analytics team, building visualizations, dashboards, and a variety of reporting solutions and providing support for the lifecycle of the product. You will partner with the business users and the ITG organization throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Analytics Manager, you will be accountable for the development, automation, deployment and support for business intelligence solutions including self-service/ad-hoc environments with a project focused lifecycle. You will be responsible for deploying advanced analytic models built by the peer analytics team, building visualizations, dashboards, and a variety of reporting solutions and providing support for the lifecycle of the product. You will partner with the business users and the ITG organization throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for a variety of analytic products/ business intelligence solutions including both underlying data products and front-end info delivery solutions.
- Deliver projects/products according to timelines and project milestones.
- Lead an analytics team capabilities and tools, providing professional guidance, developing technical expertise, offer technical mentorship and peer programing.
- Manage end to end report design, development and delivery from data sources including data visualization.
- Partner with data engineering, analytics development and ITG groups across entire project lifecycle
- Support a push for continuous integration and deployment systems.
- Enhance monitoring and metrics reporting.
- Work closely with BI developers to improve quality and efficiency
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for business intelligence and decision intelligence products.
- Identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to shape product direction.
- Roadmap Development:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and priorities.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and strategic objectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of analytic products.
- Monitor and resolve any issues or defects as they arise.
- Continuously improve the user experience based on user feedback and usability testing
- Maintain end-to-end security for analytic products.
- Promote and implement self-service analytic tools to end users, documenting and training accordingly.
- Design integrated information delivery strategies to meet the business objectives in alignment with organizational strategies. Accountable for all aspects of the project life cycle applied to the BI solution delivery, when applicable.
- Responsible for having broad knowledge of business intelligence products and tools and for developing strategy on products and tools to utilize within business.
- Collaborate with ITG to ensure that the appropriate performance requirements are met when developing in GCP or Power BI.
- Oversee best practices for root cause analysis on production defects and schedules for correction.
- Participate in reviewing business requirements, translate user stories into working test plans and test cases
- Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality and interact with the team for resolution of defects.
- Communicate daily progress, issues, risks and quality metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data management experience or equivalent experience in the data field is required
