Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist Physician to join our healthcare team. The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring optimal pain management during surgical and medical procedures. This role requires expertise in critical care, perioperative medicine, and pain management. On-call duties and overtime may be required to support patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customized anesthesia plans based on patient assessments.
Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures.
Work closely with surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure patient safety.
Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care.
Manage critical care situations, including airway management and resuscitation.
Stay up to date with advancements in anesthesiology techniques and best practices.
Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA preferred).
Active medical license in the state of practice.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in anesthesiology preferred.
Strong knowledge of anesthetic agents, pain management, and perioperative care.
Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
