Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is excited to announce the full integration of the anesthesia program at Riverside Medical Center and Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center. In partnership with Riverside, we have established a dynamic compensation and recruitment structure, offering attractive shift flexibility for providers commuting to Kankakee. Riverside possesses a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Caseload includes: General, Ortho, GI, Eyes, Urology, and OB
Compensation:
- $515,000 base salary
- $75,000 paid with first check as a full-time employee with 36-month commitment.
- Cost of living adjustment of 2.5% per annum.
Incentive Compensation:
- $307.50 per hour for time worked outside of normal shifts in conjunction with running late rooms. (Calls taken above 5 per month shall not be factored into calculation).
- Additional call compensation for calls taken above a total of 5 per month of $2,562.50 for 16-hour weekday call and $4,920 for 24-hour weekend call.
- Cardiac call compensation for calls taken up to 26 per quarter of $205 for weekday call and $307.50 for weekend call. Cardiac call compensation for calls taken above 26 per quarter of $307.50 for weekday call and $410 for weekend call.
- PTO buyback at $2,870 per day.
- Stand by emergency call back rate $307.50 per hour with four (4) hour minimum.
- Post call pay rate $307.50 per hour.
Medical Malpractice Insurance:
Novus will provide medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
