Position Overview

As the Station Manager for STS Line Maintenance in Boston, youll oversee all aspects of daily operations at our BOS station. This is a working management role, meaning youll lead by examplecoordinating technician schedules, maintaining safety and compliance, and providing direct line maintenance support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
  • Minimum 5 years line maintenance experience
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a maintenance environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); KRONOS preferred
  • Valid drivers license and clean MVR
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass background check and obtain all necessary airport badging
  • Must own and provide a basic set of hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret GMMs, AMMs, and OEM manuals
  • Must be available to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to ascend/descend ladders, kneel, bend, and lift 50 lbs. unassisted
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all station line maintenance activities
  • Supervise and schedule A&P Technicians to meet airline service requirements
  • Perform hands-on line maintenance functions as required
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, GMMs, AMMs, and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate aircraft work order documentation
  • Input and approve work orders within the company system
  • Coordinate with STS leadership and airline partners to ensure station readiness
  • Train and mentor station technicians
  • Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service
  • Complete maintenance-related documentation for STS and air carriers
Rate of Pay:
  • Annual Salary: $95,000 $105,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $16,000 annually
