Position OverviewAs the Station Manager for STS Line Maintenance in Boston, youll oversee all aspects of daily operations at our BOS station. This is a working management role, meaning youll lead by examplecoordinating technician schedules, maintaining safety and compliance, and providing direct line maintenance support as needed.
Qualifications:- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Minimum 5 years line maintenance experience
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a maintenance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); KRONOS preferred
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background check and obtain all necessary airport badging
- Must own and provide a basic set of hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret GMMs, AMMs, and OEM manuals
- Must be available to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to ascend/descend ladders, kneel, bend, and lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Oversee all station line maintenance activities
- Supervise and schedule A&P Technicians to meet airline service requirements
- Perform hands-on line maintenance functions as required
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, GMMs, AMMs, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate aircraft work order documentation
- Input and approve work orders within the company system
- Coordinate with STS leadership and airline partners to ensure station readiness
- Train and mentor station technicians
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service
- Complete maintenance-related documentation for STS and air carriers
- Annual Salary: $95,000 $105,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $16,000 annually
