AP Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client in Ventura County who is seeking an AP Manager for their team. This position can be hybrid/remote for the right candidate. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of company disbursements
• Investigate and resolve process challenges
• Collect, review, and reconcile vendors' statements of account
• Maintain all vendor accounting records
• Ensure all payments are correctly coded for 1099 reporting
• Assist in month-end close and related duties
