Description:
UTS Platform and Data Analytics Team (UPDATe) provides support for biographic and biometrics identity tools. Team members work in a multitasking, fast-paced, dynamic, process improvement environment that comprises the principles of biometric technology, data modeling, data mapping, data testing, data quality, and documentation preparation. UPDATe works closely with analysts to gather enhancement requirements to support the mission. This is a lead role with additional mentor responsibilities.
Mandatory Skills
Full stack development experience to be able to contribute to backend
Strong UI/UX using Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and browser compatibility experience
Strong Python background for developing complex systems
Kubernetes (especially EKS)
SQL
Familiarity with Java
Developing and using RESTful APIs
Application support in an AWS environment
JIRA, GitHub
Optional Skills
Experience with biographic and biometric identity tools
D3, GraphQL, Jenkins, Linux
Kafka, Ignite
