Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 base salary

What You'll Do
80% New Development - Architect, build, and deploy high-performance Golang applications in a modern cloud environment.
Hands-On Engineering - Write clean, scalable Go code and ship features that matter-fast.
Solve Real Problems - Work alongside top engineers to scale systems, optimize performance, and enhance security.
Improve & Innovate - Bring fresh ideas, refine existing architectures, and contribute to a high-growth product.
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
3+ years of back-end engineering experience, with a strong focus on Golang development.
Proven ability to hit the ground running-this role is for builders, not observers.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
A problem-solving mindset-you thrive on tackling technical challenges and delivering solutions.
A team-first attitude-collaborative, communicative, and committed to shipping high-quality code.
Nice-to-Haves (That'll Make You Stand Out):
Deep Golang expertise (seriously, this is a BIG plus).
DevOps experience (AWS, Terraform, Docker-you know the drill).
